Patience is the main key that you should have in your journey toward the fitness or through your diet. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who lost this aspect in their personality, consequently, they wait instant results and expect that they will reach his goal the next day, logically, they will not do, and so they will be upset and come back to their previous lifestyle that threaten their fitness. So the advice that we want to say is: you ought to be patient and search for different ways that can realize your goal and be fixable because you should have many solutions, but only patience that can give you the motive to try frequently without losing the main goal..

2 - Repeating the ineffective ways and waiting new outcomes

Insisting on a single way which you think that is effective but it really doesn’t realize the aim you hope is a big problem.  There are a lot of persons who waste their time in demo diets, but when it fails, they try to convince themselves that it will be successful in the next trial, so by this way they wait new outcomes using the same approach. Many persons think that more sport they play more weight they lose. So you should practice the sport gradually so that you can continue till the end, in addition, the moderate activity makes us motivated to achieve more without being worried as we see that our hope is realized.
