5 Rules to Resist the Overweight



The overweight is the problem of the age due to spreading the restaurants of the fast foods in addition to the nutritional products that are prepared at home quickly to save the time. Furthermore, there are many factors that contribute to aggravating this matter as, for example, the availability of technical means that make our life easier and reduce from our movement and the physical activity as using cars to go to any places instead of walking, in addition, we don’t practice any sports, but we think that watching the matches on TV is enough to enjoy it, so all this beliefs cause, unfortunately, incorrect culture regarding our diet, consequently, the overweight became the hallmark of our current time, so we should have the enough awareness so that we can resist it. 

 

For this purpose - here- I'll try to give you some rules that should be followed to resist your body the overweight.

1 -  Use fresh food instead of the processed products

Processed products are full of harmful substances as fats and sugar in addition some synthetic supplements, so try to avoid eating these products and buy the natural and fresh food as it has more benefits than the processed one. By this way, you will be sure that you eat healthy food and avoid the overweight problems.

2 - Take your lunch where you go

Prepare your own special lunch then pack it properly so that you can take it where you go, consequently, you haven’t buy any fast food from the restaurants and avoid eating any greasy meals outdoors.

3 - Start your meal with salad

Start your meal with green salad because it is full of fibers that feel you satiety quickly and don’t contain a high ratio of fats, so salad is considered an ideal appetizer that includes valuable elements without threatening our health.

4 - Take a break during your meal

Don’t continue eating till your meal be finished, that is wrong, you should stop eating before you are full and take a break, this will help your brain to realize that you have eaten the enough amount. This trick will be accepted by your brain; hence, your stomach will digest only the food you eat without demanding more. Doing that will gives you a very good result in resisting overweight problem.

5 - Make the vinegar the king of your ingredients

Use the vinegar to prepare the most of your meals owing to its great benefits; because the modern studies discovered that the vinegar plays an essential role regarding burning the fats and additional calories by activating certain genes that are responsible for breaking the fats and calories and getting rid of it in a healthy way.
Try to make the mentioned rules as habits in your eating routine and you will get an excellent result in resisting overweight.
