Fresh and organic foods are better than frozen and synthetic
foods because the first type has all its benefits and your body can accept it
without any problems, while the second type lost the most of its benefits
during the processing and preparation.
2 - Read the structure on the package
When you buy a packaged nutritional product, you
should read carefully all the structure that are written to know the expiration
date and how it is suitable for you in terms of its ingredients, in addition,
it may include some substances that are unsuitable for some people who suffer from
certain types of allergies or other diseases.
3 - Fill your half stomach only
Don’t eat till you are full completely because this
behavior makes your stomach tired and disable to do its original function,
therefore, it will be exposed to damage and get a plenty of related diseases.
Furthermore, the large amount of food will make you fat and cause a package of

The sport is very important for your health and it
