from you options list as it is useless.
3 - Milk products are your real friends
Milk products are the main source of calcium that your body needs, so you ought to be adhered to have a regular dose of such types of nutrition to strengthen your bones and provide your body with appropriate amount of protein that is very important for growing your muscles. However, if you have an allergy against milk products, you can use the vegetarian alternative that is presented in soymilk that has protein and calcium as much as the original milk.
