How to Protect Yourself in cases such as Rape, Kidnapping, Molestation, and others;
GRABS
Grabs are a very common attack. Most attackers want to over power you. There are many methods to deal with getting out of a grab. I teach to allow the attacker to have the grab. It takes away one of his weapons and allows you to strike him when he least expects it. If you are unable to reach any of the targets I suggest strike whatever is closest to you until you can get to the main targets if your life is in danger.
Grab the hand that grabs you!
1)When an attacker grabs your wrist grab him back! Then step in with a slap or strike to his eyes, nose or throat with your free arm if your life is in danger. If the attacker is tall, get to his side to avoid his head then knee or kick him in the groin and or legs to bring his head down to your level so you can slap him or strike to his eyes, nose or throat if your life is in danger.
2)If an attacker grabs both arms get to one side to avoid his head then kick or knee him in the groin and or legs until he loosens his grip then step in with a slap or or strike to his eyes, nose or throat if your life is in danger.
3)If an attacker grabs you from the front of your shirt with one hand or both his hands, grab them with your weaker arm, anchor your elbow then step in with a slap or strike to his eyes, nose of throat with your stronger arm if your life is in danger.
4) If an attacker is at your side and grabs your shoulder, grab his hand with your opposite hand then step toward him with a backhand or strike him with a hammer fist to his groin followed with a forearm strike under his throat with the arm that’s close to the attacker if your life is in danger.
5)If an attacker grabs your hair from the front with one hand or both hands, grab his hands with your weaker hand, step in with a slap or strike to his eyes, nose or throat with your stronger arm if your life is in danger.
6) If an attacker grabs your hair from the back grab his hands, dip down and pivot until you are facing him, if you discover he’s grabbed you with two hands knee or kick his groin and or legs until he loosens his grip then slap him or strike to his eyes, nose or throat if your life is in danger. If you discover only one hand is grabbing release your stronger hand while maintaining the grip to his hand with your weaker hand then strike with your stronger hand.
