It is great surprise; because you will dance and enjoy nice time and burn more calories, Wow!  You don’t have to go to night club to dance, as you can play your favorite music in your house and dance as you like. 5 - Cleaning is home sport 

When you clean your house, you can lose some kilos. Cleaning is very good sport because it focuses on vital parts of body as knees and muscles of arms and legs. These chores are great opportunity to practice a funny type of sport, so you can convert your home duties into nice thing that you enjoy while you do it, therefore, if you follow this way, you will lose 400 calories daily.
