The bad nutritional habits can destroy our life as they may lead to get plenty of diseases, therefore, it will prevent us to enjoy our life. 1 - Have a vegetarian day in your table

The vegetarian food is very useful for your health because it is free from harmful fats that cause the obesity, so you can insert new habit in your lifestyle by customizing a day for the vegetarian food that exclude the meat and its products, thus, you will get the same amount of protein that you usually have, and less fat simultaneously.

2 – Write your plan by your hand

Writing the plan of your diet helps you to get control regarding your habits because this aids you to determine your goals in general besides the tools that will help you to implement your plan, so the paper that you write will be your mirror as it reflects what you need and what should you do, then, you can measure your success according to your standards that you put in your plan. It is very good habit and so effective.


 

3 - Many small meals are better than a big one

Dividing the daily food into many small meals is one of the most useful habits as it has a lot of benefits; because these small meals helps you to feel that you are full quickly, therefore, you will stop to eat more food, and on other hand, your digestive system will have the chance to process and absorb this food well and easily, in addition, you can try different food in every meal.

4 - Refrain from eating the synthetic sweets

These types of sweets are very harmful because it has unnatural substances that are included during the preparation and processing, furthermore, it has a large quantity of sugar that may causes many problems for your health, so try to have a natural sources of sugar as fruits because fruits provide us with the necessary sugar that can be accepted by our bodies without causing any healthy problems and side effects.
