7 Nutrition Tips For Your Health



God has given us a good health and we have to maintain this blessing and thank God for it, but there is big surprise for us; God not only granted us a good health, but also provided us with natural substances that can strengthen our immune system and protect our bodies from diseases, so we have to follow some healthy behaviors that include certain types of food to ensure that we will live without healthy problems. In the following lines we will mention some tips that help us to enjoy our life and we hope that these tips become personal habits for us.

Daily breakfast

Eating breakfast helps our body to burn more calories and improves the metabolic operation, so the body can benefit from all nutritional elements. In addition breakfast gives us the necessary energy that enables us to spend our long day without feeling tiredness.

Reducing the fatty foods

We should exclude some fatty foods from our meals because it causes a lot of healthy problems as high cholesterol, Arteriosclerosis and diseases of the heart and blood vessels. However, we can use a different type of fats that are very useful as Olive, canola, and peanut oils because they are rich with valuable vitamins, minerals and useful fatty acids.

Eating many small meals instead of big one

Dividing the meals into small and many units gives our body a good opportunity to burn calories and helps us to avoid indigestion and digestive problems.

Less you eat, more you are healthy

When one eats big quantity of food, his weight will increase. The statics show that the daily average of calories has increased from 1,854 calories to 2,002 calories within the last 20 years. This numbers indicate that there are additional 148 calories per day (15 lbs).

Daily water drinking

No doubt that water drinking is an important healthy behavior because water cleans our body from inside. So we should drink 8 glasses of water at least daily to take advantages of its useful effect. But if you consume a lot of coffee or tea, you should drink more quantity to compensate the lost liquids of your body; because these beverages have a diuretic effect.

Eating more fruits and vegetables

Fruits and vegetables have valuable vitamins and minerals that prevent the body from many diseases in addition to the fibers that protect our colon from constipation. Furthermore, they have low calories to ensure that we become slim.

Using carbohydrates for more energy

There are two types of carbohydrates: simple carbohydrates and complex carbohydrates. The second one is better because it includes vitamins, minerals, and fibers, in addition it provide us with energy.  Carbohydrates are found in some fruits, vegetables, and grain products.
